To ensure the safe handling and security of your quilts, we ask that you complete and sign a detailed Quilt Entry Form for each quilt entered. We will send forms to you via USPS when we receive your pre-registration. You may return the forms with clear 4x6 photographs or slides, or you may bring your quilts and forms to ‘Preview Days’ held in August Saturdays 6,13,and 20, 2007. Do not send us your quilts! Quilts are to be delivered September 24 & 25, 2007 at a location TBD in Westminster shortly before the show.

How to enter your quilts for the show

We would love to show your contemporary or antique quilts. Please send us an email with a brief description of the quilts you wish to enter, your mailing address and telephone number by clicking on this link. ENTER QUILTS

We will send you standard forms via USPS for you to complete and return to us with the registration fee of $10.00 for the first quilt, $3 for each additional quilt.
All quilts are entered only after selection by  the acquisition committee.
The registration fee is waived for those who volunteer for the show.
